Everlasting {2}{u}{r} (You may cast this spell for {2}{u}{r}. If you do, it becomes an enchantment and loses all other types.)
Each player reveals the top two cards of their library. The controller of the card with the greatest converted mana cost draws that card, and discards the rest. All other players discard their revealed cards. If Dual of Sorcery is an enchantment, do this at the beginning of your
end step.
