Dual Offensive Protocol Engine

Use this only if you have Heuristic
Adaptive Technology (H.A.T.) installed.
Once per combat, when you make a
GRACE roll to throw the Fearsome Fedora,
you may activate the Dual Offensive Protocol
Engine (D.O.P.E.). If you do, make that roll
with advantage. If you roll at least
[Full Success +3], your attack deals additional
damage, and strikes all enemies within 10 feet
of your original target.
