Dubious Food

When Dubious Food enters the battlefield, you
may choose under whose control it will enter.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life.
Whenever you lose life, you may sacrifice a food
token. If you do, you gain 3 life.
Whenever a creature you control dies, you may
exile it instead. If you do, create a food token.
