Duel

Exile target planeswalker you control and target planeswalker you don't control along with this
card, place three time counters on this card. At
the beginning of your upkeep remove a time
counter from Duel, if this was the last time
counter each player must roll one die and add
their respective planeswalkers loyalty to the result.
The player with the highest result may return
their planeswalker to the battlefield with a
number of loyalty counters on it equal to
the result of their die roll
