Duel Before The Throne

When Duel Before The Throne enters, target up to
1 Creature on each player's field. When a
Creature targeted by Duel Before The Throne
dies, Duel before the throne deals 3 damage to that
Creature's controller.
If only 1 targeted Creature is on the field, Duel
Before the Throne deals 3 damage to each player not
controlling that Creature. Then sacrifice Duel
Before the Throne.
