Duel Strider Tactics

when Duel Strider Tactics enters the battlefield chose 2 creatures with power less than 4, then create a creature with power and toughness X/Y and no abilities where X is those creatures combined power and Y is their combined toughness, then attach Duel Strider Tactics to that creature
