Whenever you or a creature you control is
targeted by a spell your opponent controls, you
may reveal a number of cards from the top of
your library equal to that spell's mana cost, then
you may cast an instant or sorcery revealed this
way without paying its mana cost. Put the rest of
the revealed cards on the bottom of your library.
