Duke Ghengis Baan

Eminence - Whenever you cast a spell with
converted mana cost 3 or less if Ghengis Baan is
on the battlefield or the command zone you may
draw a card and add {g} to your mana pool.
{r}{g}{w} {t}: Reveal cards from the top of your
library until you reveal a Mink creature card with
converted mana cost 3 or less. You may cast that
card without paying its mana cost. Put the rest on
the bottom of your library.
