Duke Of Ephemriality can't be exiled.
At the beginning of each combat phase,
return all the creatures that died this turn
to the battlefield under your control. They
become blue spirits with fading 2 and haste
in addition to their types and colors. If they
would leave the battlefield for any reason,
exile them instead.
