A character with the Dullbrained Condition subtracts the value of the Condition from final duel total of any duel involving a Intellect or Tenacity Aspect. At the start of each day, the character may attempt TN 15 Centering Challenge, ignoring any penalties from Dullbrained Condition, to lower the value of her Dullbrained condition by exactly 1.
