effect to that roll if able.
1 : Sacrifice Duloclock, god of Suck.
2-7 : Mill a card.
8-13: Lose 1 life.
14-19 : Discard a card.
20 : Do nothing.
If Duloclock, god of Suck attacks, its owner rolls
a d20 six times. If Duloclock, god of Suck doesn't
attack, each opponent rolls a d20 once.
