only to cast legendary spells.
At the beginning of your end step, put a destiny counter on Dundee. Then if there are 13 or
more destiny counters on Dundee, and you
control a legendary creature and a legendary artifact, you win the game.
Whenever Dundee changes controllers, remove
all destiny counters from it.
