Dungeon Delver

When Dungeon Delver enters the battlefield, look at target opponents hand,
you choose a non-land from it and exile it
and that opponent draws two cards. As long
as you control Dungeon delver, you may cast the exiled card and you may spend mana to cast it as though it were mana of any color.
