Whenever you would gain life, you gain that
much life plus 1.
Whenever you would draw a card other than
your beginning draw step, draw an extra card.
Dungeoned Beast gets +X/+0, where X is the
number of life you have gained.
Dungeoned Beast gets +0/+X, where X is the
number of cards you have drawn other then your beginning draw step.
