Duplicitous Smuggler

Corrupt (This can card be played for its Corrupt cost {1} instead. While this card is on the field, the controlling player has to remove one Credit Counter
from their field at the beginning of each turn.)
Control of this card changes to the player with
the most Credit Counters on the field at the end
of each turn.
The controlling player can intercept a Smuggled
card and add it to their hand instead.
