When a creature is damaged by Duriel, Lord of Pain put a +1/+1 counter on Duriel, Lord of Pain.
When Duriel, Lord of Pain deals combat damage to a player put a 1/1 black "Maggot" insect token on your side the field for each point of damage.
{1}: Sacrifice a "Maggot" token. Duriel, Lord of Pain gets trample and +1/+1 until end of turn.
