Whenever Duskfel, Thief of Realities deals
damage to a player, exile the top card of that
player's library face down. You may look at and
play that card for as long as it remains exiled.
{r}{g}: Until end of turn, whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, Duskfel deals 1 damage to that player.
