Dust of Dryness
This packet has 8 pinches of dust. As an action I can sprinkle a
pinch of it over water. The dust turns a cube of water 15' in a
side into one marble sized pellet that floats or rests where the
dust was sprinkled.
Anyone can use an action to smash the pellet and release the water
the dust absorbed.
An elemental composed of water that is exposed
to a pinch of the dust must make a DC 13 CON save taking 10d6 on a
failed save or half on a successful save.
