Slivers you control have Dust (Whenever this creature is dealt damage that is enough to kill it, at the beginning of your next upkeep, return it to the battlefield under your control with x +1/+1 counters on it, where x is the amount of combat damage it was last dealt.)
Dust Sliver's power and toughness are both equal to the amount of slivers you control.
