Dwarven Master

Whenever a Dwarf you control becomes tapped, put a gravity counter on target creature.
Creatures with 2 or more gravity counters on them get -1/-1.
Creatures with 4 or more gravity counters on them lose flying.
Whenever a creature with 6 or more gravity counters on it becomes tapped, Dwarven Master deals 4 damage to it.
Whenever a creature has 8 or more gravity counters on it, destroy it.
