Enchant creature
When Dwarven War Magic enchants a creature,
put a trance counter on that creature.
Creatures with only one trance counter on them
can't attack, block, or activate nonmana abilities.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
an opponent's control, you may have Dwarven
War Magic enchant that creature.
