Dying elemental

Dying Elemental enters the battlefield with
+1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of lands
you control.
Whenever a permanent leaves the battlefield
remove a +1/+1 counter from Dying Elemental
and create a 0/1 plant.
Sacrifice 3 plants: Return Dying elemental from
your graveyard to your hand.
