Vanishing 5 (This permanent enters the battlefield with 5 time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
When Dying Soldier dies, if it had no time counters on it, put a 2/2 black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield.
