Eager Construct Program

• When a creature named Eager Construct enters
the battlefield, each player votes for recon or
survival. Reveal the top X cards from the
Machine Horde's library and return them in the
same order where X is the number of players
who voted recon. Each player who voted survival
may scry 1.
Still loyal to its old masters, it is eager to share
all of the information it has regarding the
Machine Horde's movements.
