If at least one player owns at least one blue land, the Eal Lizard gains +2/+2.
When Eal Lizard fights a creature, if that creatures owner owns at least one blue mana,
the Eal Lizard gains +1/+1 until end of turn.
A fast and rulentles aquatic predator. Notthing
is faster in the water, but has trouble doing much
on land.
