Earl Ends the Universe

Flip two coins, if both are heads, gain {b}{b}{b}{b}{b}{b}{b}
If one is heads and the other is tails, gain {b}{b}{b}{b}
If both are tails, exile all cards currently in play
and both players discard their entire libraries.
Each player's exiled cards become their deck,
then set each player's life count to twenty and
restart the game, keeping all cards currently in graveyards within each player's graveyard.
