At the beginning of each end step, put a Sprawl
counter on Ebon Hold. At the end of each turn
you lose 1 life for each Sprawl counter on it.
For the first black spell you cast each turn, you
must remove enough Sprawl counter from
Ebon Hold to reduce the color portion of that
spell's cost by {b} each. If you can't remove
enough counters for a spell, remove all instead.
