Whenever a non-creature spell is played, add an
oil counter to Echo Chamber
{u/b}{u/b}{t} — Remove all oil counters from Echo
Chamber. Put to top X cards from your
graveyard into your hand, where X is the amount
of oil counters removed. Each card put into your
hand this way gains "If this hand was to be put
into your graveyard, exile it instead."
