A creature can use an action to toss this weapon, making lightning fall from the sky in a 20ft radius within 120ft. Creatures in the area must make a dexterity saving throw and take 4d6 piercing and 4d6 lightning damage and are stunned on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Once this property has been used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
