Echt, True Adversary

Whenever Echt enters the battlefield or attacks,
Echt deals 3 damage to each creature with mana value 1 or less.

Whenever another creature you control dies, you
get an experience counter.

Creatures can’t attack you unless their controller pays {x} for each of those creatures,
where X is the number of experience counters you have.
