Eclipse

Card Cost: 80 GP + 15 AP
May give one item card to another citizen
of the society. In exchange, the Cardholder will
receive a randomly-drawn item card. Ownership
of Eclipse is then passed on to the citizen chosen,
but he/she may not use the item given above
when using Eclipse.
