Eclipse, The Soulbinder

When Eclipse, Soul's End enters the battlefield,
each player sacrifices X creatures, then exile all creatures in graveyards and place a binding
counter on each card exiled this way. When
Eclipse, Soul's End leaves the battlefield, return
all creatures exiled with binding counters on them
to the battlefield under their owners control.
Whenever a creature would leave the battlefield,
instead exile it until with a binding counter on it.
