Eclipsing Doom

Whenever a Wolf or Horror you control attacks, you may exile target creature or noncreature permanent an opponent controls with mana value 4 or less.

Whenever you exile a card this way, put a +1/+1 counter
on each Wolf and Horror you control.

At the beginning of each opponent’s upkeep, if you control a creature with power 10 or greater, their creatures enter the battlefield tapped.
