"This creature must attack each turn if able." as
well as either first strike, flying, or lifelink, chosen
at random.
Sacrifice a creature: Regenerate target Vampire.
If an Angel was sacrificed this way, put a +1/+1 counter on each Vampire you control.
No cost too great...
