Edhel-Sash, Rime Pit, Activate this ability
only if Edhel-Sash, Rime Pit is in the Command
Zone. (Ice counters move with
Edhel-Sash, Rime Pit when it changes zones)
When Edhel-Sash, Rime Pit enters the
battlefield, distibute all Ice counters from
Edhel-Sash onto other permanents, then tap
and exert all permanents with Ice counters
on them.
