Edict of the Elders

When Edict of the Elder Ones enters the
battlefield, each opponent sacrifices a land and
then Edict deals damage to them equal to the
number of nonbasic lands and Forests they
control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player
sacrifices a nonbasic land or a Forest. If they
can't,Edict of the Elder Ones deals 3 damage to
them.
