Whenever a red source you control deals noncombat damage for the first time each turn, you may exile cards from the top of your library until
you exile a nonland card with converted mana cost
X or less, where X is the amount of damage dealt.
If that card is an instant or sorcery, you may cast it this turn without paying it's mana cost. Otherwise, put it into your hand and put the rest of the cards exiled this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.
