At the start of your upkeep, target opponent
chooses a card from your hand. Reveal it. If it's a nonland permanent, you draw X cards and target
opponent puts X cards from the top of their
library into their graveyard, where X is the
permanent's total converted mana cost.
As long as you have more cards in your hand
than all your opponents, Edward Nigma, the
Riddler has hexproof.
