Effacing Dragonbreath deals 4 damage to target creature or planeswalker. When that creature or planeswalker dies this turn, its controller can't cast instant and sorcery spells until the end of their next turn.
There is nothing quite as frightening as the narrowing silence that precludes dragonfire.
