nonland Permanents you control and return them
to the battlefield under your control. Activate this
ability only if Effigy of Enlightenment has
10 or more Path counter on it.
Whenever a permanent you control returns to the
battlefield from the exile zone put a Path counter
in Effigy of Enlightenment.
