When you cast Efreet's Burning Wish, search your library for a card with mana value 3 or less, exile it,
then shuffle.

If the exiled card was a land, Efreet's Burning Wish
deals 3 damage to each player. If the exiled card was
a spell, you may cast that spell as long as it remains
in exile. If you do, that spell does 6 damage to you.
