Eggburt, God of Excuses

Whenever an opponent casts a spell or activates
an ability that targets you or a permanent you control, you have 2 seconds to come up with an
excuse that hasn't already been used today. If you successfuly come up with an excuse this way,
counter that spell or ability.
{1}{w}: Target creature is excused until your next
upkeep. (An excused creature
is out of the game, and re-enters the battlefield when
it is unexcused)
