Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each equipment named Egocentrism attached to it and has "At the beginning of your upkeep, put an Ego counter on a random, noncreature, nonland permanent not named Egocentrism. Permanents with Ego counters on them are copies of Egocentrism."
