Eichelberbog, Bog Bestower

Tap four untapped Goblins and/or Orcs you
control: Search target opponent's library for
a card and exile it face down. Then that player shuffles.
At the beggining of each players upkeep that
player may turn face up a card they own
exiled with Eichelberbog, Bog Bestower. If
it is a permanent card they put it onto the
battlefield. Then you create a token copy of
that permanent.
