Arbiter- During each other player's upkeep, long
as you have exactly four cards, reveal the top card of your library, and put it into your hand. If it is blue, that player draws a card, you may draw a card. If it's red, Ein Prost deals 2 damage to them. If it's white both you and that player create a 2/2 white knight token creature with vigilance. If it's colorless, a random player creates a colorless Treasure artifact token with "Tap, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color."
