At the begging of each player's upkeep that
player may sacrifice a creature if they don't
Ekreus, God of Destruction deals 3 damage
to that player.
Whenever Ekreus, God of Destruction dies or is
put into exile from the battlefield put it on top of
it's owners library then that player shuffles their library.
