Elainael, Faerie Queen

Whenever you cast Elainael draw a card and gain
a life for each faerie you control. If this card gets
countered by an opponent, you win the game.
When Elainael enters the battlefield, gain control
of each faerie on the battlefield. At the beginning
of your combat phase, if you control 6 faerie get
an emblem with "Flying creatures you control
have +2/+1, and flashback. At the start of each opponent's main phase, that player discards
a card." , then exile Elainael.
