Elara, Gorgon of Envy

You may cast creature spells from among cards
in exile any player owns, and you may spend
mana as though it were mana of any color to
cast those spells.
Whenever Elara, Gorgon of Envy is blocked,
each blocking creature becomes exiled with
an envy counter, cards with envy counters
cannot be played.
