they shuffle there hand into there library and draw
seven than you may pick one type of non-land
permanent they can't play next turn, repeat this
process for each player at the table
{ut}: target player may end the turn
Elbub, Bubble Mage can't tap unless you control
seven cards in hand and in play (lands that are
in play do not count as the cards that are in play)
