+1: Look at the top card of your library. If it's a creature card you may reveal it and create a 2/2 elemental creature with flying. Draw that card.
-3: Copy the next spell you cast. If a creature is copied this way, give it haste and exile it at the beginning of your next end step.
-9: Look at the top five cards of your library. Put any number of permanent cards from among them onto the battlefield and the rest into your hand.
